Chris Bosh is officially a resident of Miami-Dade County. The Miami Heat star has bought a brand new seven-bedroom mansion along Miami Beach's North Bay Road, according to The Herald. The modern looking pad, currently decked out in all-white, features a gourmet kitchen, gym, elevator, courtyard gardens, heated infinity pool and a covered summer kitchen and barbecue area. Bosh bought the place for a cool $12.5 million, and, yes, we've got your look inside.

The iPad light painting. The ambition behind Making Future Magic is to make work that is as culturally powerful and sensitive as it is commercially effective. Take a look at the images and watch the video for a detailed technical explanation to this interesting and exciting project. We can't wait to see how this develops further and what other great ideas come from such a stellar collaborative group. Through long exposures and utilizing a moving iPad through space to make three dimensional forms in light, they remind us how close the future is.

Mountain House

CplusC Architecture have designed the Bowen Mountain house in New South Wales, Australia.
Conceived as a simple weekender, this pavilion house grew into something a lot more substantial. Landscaping, a pool, pool house and sauna were added to the original brief, with spectacular results. The house has a steel frame that was welded on-site prior to being shot-blasted and finished with a two-part epoxy paint system. This is one of the longest lasting corrosion protection systems available today.
New and recycled Australian hardwoods were used to frame the steel structure. Soft-toned grey steel used for the dramatically angled roof blends with the muted tones of the surrounding bush. Glass was used extensively throughout the home, with dramatic effect. The structure seems to almost hover over the site and indoor and outdoor spaces merge seamlessly.
